Responsible for leading HRS’ business serving clinicians, caregivers, and consumers with digital health monitoring and connected solutions and services aimed at enabling more efficient, effective and empowering care delivery.
Kimberly joined HRS in March 2022 bringing with her more than 30 years of experience in leveraging talent and technology to drive growth, innovation and improved business performance and customer experiences across healthtech and other industries.
At HRS, her portfolio includes award winning Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions and services that address the increasingly important healthcare needs – lowering the cost of care, improving health outcomes, while delivering better experiences for both consumers and clinicians.
Prior to HRS, Kimberly was CEO of Therapy Brands where she was responsible for serving the mental, behavioral and physical therapy market providers with a broad portfolio of software and services including specialty-specific EHR/PMS platforms, patient engagement, tele-health, e-prescription solutions and revenue cycle management services. Before this, she was President at Greenway Health, and prior to that, she ran two global healthcare businesses at Philips in Connected Care and Health Informatics. She had solutions for monitoring and supporting the safety, health and connectedness needs of seniors in the home as well as in long term and post acute care settings. She also expanded access to healthcare in emerging global markets with low-cost continuous monitoring, vital signs monitoring, cardiology, oncology and women’s health solutions.
Prior to working at Philips, Kimberly held senior leadership roles within AIG, AT&T Wireless, and AT&T. She has excellent results in growing revenue and profitability, launching innovative products, transforming operations to six sigma and best in class performance, and building stellar teams.
Over the years, Kimberly and her teams have earned a variety of awards including Best Company Culture, Best Company for Diversity, Frost and Sullivan Award for Product Line Innovation, Best in KLAS for RCM, Best in KLAS Most Improved Ambulatory EHR, and Stevie’s People’s Choice Award for Best Customer Service. In 2012 she was inducted in the Executive Women of New Jersey, in 2013, she was featured in Executive Profile magazine on the Top 25 executive profiles list. In 2019, she was named number 3 woman in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare and in 2021 she earned top CEO ratings by Comparably.
Kimberly has Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University, and a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Human Factors Engineering from Steven’s Institute of Technology. She served as class president at Princeton where she currently serves on the Alumni Schools Committee. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, Jerry, and their dog Harley. They have three children and enjoy the beach, skiing, sports and time with family and friends.

Jarrett Bauer is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Health Recovery Solutions (HRS).
Jarrett founded HRS in 2012 while pursuing his MBA in Healthcare Management at The Johns Hopkins University. The company’s clinical results have garnered national attention, and Jarrett has been recognized as a business leader by CNN, Fox News, the WSJ, and TIME.
Jarrett has been recognized nationally as a leader and changemaker influencing innovation in healthcare. In 2016, Jarrett was named to the Annual Forbes 30 Under 30 List, as an entrepreneur reinventing health care.
Jarrett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Villanova University and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

As COO and Co-Founder, Rohan has responsibility over product, logistics, client success, and finance.
Rohan’s prior experience includes technology platform implementation and delivery roles with JP Morgan and Alas Consulting. He also served as a Transmission and Distribution Engineer at CG Power. Rohan’s core skills include technical problem solving, operationalizing, creating efficiencies within existing operations, and product and financial management.
Rohan holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, both from Villanova University.
Outside of work, Rohan enjoys playing golf, being with his family and friends, going to the beach, angel investing, and advising other start-ups.

Florence Kariuki is the Chief Clinical Officer at Health Recovery Solutions (HRS), leading the company’s clinical innovation and reimbursement strategies. In this role, she leads a team that works closely with hospitals, health plans, home health agencies etc. to operationalize successful Remote Patient Monitoring and Virtual Care programs. Under her leadership, the team enables client implementation of innovative digital health programs such as Hospital at Home (or ACHaH), In-Patient Virtual Care, ED Triage and Diversion, Transitions of Care, Chronic Care Management, and many more.
Prior to joining HRS, Ms. Kariuki served in various leadership roles at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, focused on innovation of Alternative Payment Programs, Value-Based Programming (PCMH, ACO, EOC), Population Health Management, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), Palliative Care, and Total Cost of Care Management strategies. Among other initiatives, she has led the end-to-end design and implementation of programs aiming to reduce potentially avoidable ED utilization and readmissions, increase community/home-based care, train and optimize care coordination infrastructure, and implement Episodes of Care Bundles. Ms. Kariuki supports a consumer and community centric care coordination model, built upon the tenets of the triple aim.
Ms. Kariuki is a Fellow with the New Jersey Healthcare Executive Leadership Academy (NJ HELA), sponsored by the MSNJ, NJHA, and NJAHP. She serves as a Board member with the Goals of Care Coalition of NJ (GOCCNJ), an Advisory Board Member for Change Healthcare/Prometheus Analytics, and an Alumni Board Member for Seton Hall University. She is a speaker at national conferences and a published co-author of a Graduate-Level Nursing Textbook.

As Health Recovery Solution’s Chief Technology Officer, Alan is responsible for establishing the company’s overall technology and innovation vision, leading the engineering, IT, and software development of HRS’s connected care SaaS solutions and services including its digital platform, health tech devices, clinical and operational services components. Under Alan’s guidance, he’ll lead the overall architecture, design and development, quality assurance, data science, delivery, security and production support for HRS’ solution portfolio and business systems.
Alan brings over 30 years of hands-on engineering, product and IT leadership experience in health care technology and platforms, voice, telecommunications, mobile and Internet technologies, data solutions, IoT (the Internet of Things), software and hardware development and systems integration, and has held executive management roles at MedMinder Systems (CTO), LifePod Solutions (COO and EVP of Technology and Engineering), Philips Healthcare, Vonage, iBasis, Inc., MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and GTE Laboratories (now Verizon Laboratories). In between college degrees, he spent two years as a Peace Corps volunteer in the country of Fiji, South Pacific teaching science and building water and solar powers systems.
He is the recipient of GTE’s highest technical merit award, the Warner Award for Technical Achievement for pioneering DSL data networks in 1997, has published over 45 technical papers, holds several patents, and is a member of Eta Kappa Nu, Sigma Xi, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Alan received a B.S. degree in Engineering Physics and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering both from the University of Tennessee- Knoxville and continued postgraduate study at Tufts University.
In his free time, Alan enjoys family, bicycling and is an avid pilot who holds both FAA ATP and Flight Instructor certifications.

As CFO, Jason is responsible for the company’s finance functions like strategic planning, corporate development, capital raising, accounting, and investor relations, as well as corporate functions like human resources, and legal. Since joining HRS, Jason has successfully led the company through both its Series B & C funding rounds and has steered virtually all aspects of the company's growth phases.
Prior to joining the HRS team, Jason worked at Macquarie, a global investment bank, where he worked on domestic and cross-border debt and equity deal structuring, corporate funding and capital initiatives, and regulatory and compliance obligations. Jason started his career as a tax attorney at Deloitte working in tax consulting and M&A groups across financial service, healthcare, technology, and media industries.
Jason holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Villanova University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys cooking, skiing, camping, fishing, and spending time with his family and dog.
