Kim Putnam is the Telehealth Supervisor for ProMedica Senior Care, Home Health in Toledo, Ohio. Kim has been a nurse for over 40 years, with years of experience in critical care. She has worked for Promedica for over 10 years across numerous departments, including working in and later managing the lCU at Toledo Hospital. Given her telehealth background, Kim transitioned to home health in 2014 to help grow ProMedica’s telehealth program for chronic disease management. Kim obtained her BSN from Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan.
