A typical day at HRS truly varies, our primary goal is to be an advocate of our partners, and most importantly their patients. With this mission, we provide our partners the tools to make effective clinical, operational and financial decisions to support their vision of care delivery. Working across the care continuum, I get to work with the nation's leading providers in developing robust programs. In parallel, working alongside our valued industry partners we formulate strategic relationships to improve our value and extend our service line offerings.
What is your favorite thing about working at HRS?
Externally, the ability to collaborate with forward thinking and innovative leaders in the industry and to truly make a tangible impact on patient outcomes. Internally, the people. HRS is made up of passionate, caring, hardworking people who stop at no end to put patients first.
Too many to count, I still remember my first day as if it was yesterday. This is an organization where colleagues became friends, and friends became like family.
I spend a lot of time in my community, this includes working with Minds Matter - a non-profit focused on providing mentorship to high achieving students from low income families to prepare them to get to college. In parallel, I am very involved in the NYC Tech Community - learning, consulting and investing. Living in NYC, it provides me a lot of fun things to explore, eat and do - oh and also, the Brooklyn Nets!
