Employee Spotlight: Anuhya Bhogineni

Tell us about a day in the life of a Jr. Product Manager at HRS.

My work is focused on improving our products so they're an effective tool for users (clients, patients and the internal HRS team) to improve patient's clinical outcomes. My typical day consists of meeting with different teams to assess what user needs are and determining how we can best go about meeting those needs.The other main part of my day is planning out requests to the development team for new features, improvements or bugs in a clear and concise way so everyone is on the same page about what is needed.

What is your favorite thing about working at HRS?

My favorite part is my coworkers. I'm impressed by how intelligent and caring my colleagues are. I'm learning a lot from them. It feels like everyone is ready to help each other and is trying their best at their roles.

What's your favorite HRS memory?

I enjoyed the first happy hour I went to after joining the company. It was a good time meeting departments I don't see often like Logistics and getting to know people in the Development team that I see every day but don't often get to talk to.

What can we find you doing outside of HRS?

Playing trivia and video games, cooking and baking (recently made home made pizza!) exploring restaurants and coffee shops, acquiring succulents and going for long walks.

What's the heartbeat of HRS?

Teamwork!

What's a fun fact about you?

I've only been in New Jersey for a year and a half. I'm originally from Michigan!

Hunan Province, China. Thinking of the food still makes me drool.
