Strategic Sales Associate

Health Recovery Solutions is looking to add a Strategic Sales Associate to seek new business opportunities with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience prospecting leads and supporting outside sales teams with meeting sales quotas. You will be in charge of maintaining and developing corporate contact lists and conducting market research. The Strategic Sales Associate role is instrumental in the success and growth of the business.

This is a full-time sales position based in Hoboken, NJ. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead generation and industry prospecting
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns
  • Develop new relationships through phone, email, and social media communications in order to establish meetings with senior level decision makers
  • Creating and maintaining tracking and reporting tools as necessary
  • Work closely with sales team members to create meeting and accelerate deals
  • Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, target markets, and competitive advantages
  • Customizing and creating presentation materials for sales team

Bonus points

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing or sales development role
  • Previous experience prospecting for a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with SalesForce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other marketing automation tools
  • Ability to work across multiple teams to accomplish assignments and delivery on tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated with strong sales skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal written and verbal communication skills, including a can-do attitude where no task is too big or too small
