Revenue Operations Director

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the Revenue Operations Director supports functions essential to sales productivity. This individual will work to drive the overall growth of the organization by improving sales force effectiveness and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization. The Revenue Operations Director will build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with proven analytical skills and experience managing the functions essential to sales force productivity and end-to-end marketing optimization.

This is a full-time sales position based in Hoboken, NJ. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning, reporting, process optimization, SFDC/Marketing Automation administration, sales forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Assist sales management with analysis and development of KPIs (including pipeline, marketing campaigns, sales forecasting, budgeting, etc.).
  • Develop sales reports and dashboards to effectively manage and monitor sales team progress against KPI’s.
  • Own the ongoing maintenance and implementation of enabling technologies (Salesloft, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM and marketing automation data.
  • Work closely with sales management to inspect sales processes and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assist sales management in understanding bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
  • Remain knowledgeable of company’s products/services to facilitate sales and marketing efforts.
  • Work with marketing leaders on demand generation to improve MQL quality, provide guidance/feedback on sales support materials/tools and input to support go-to-market segment targeting to drive revenue growth
  • Provide analysis and suggestions on sales programs and incentives to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support CRO with the territory and quota design process.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of sales operations experience in a SaaS company
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare company preferred
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • Experience supporting fast growing Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams from $10M to $50M ARR
  • Proven track record of delivering sales and marketing pipeline improvements
