Part 2 of the COVID-19 Telehealth Program is In the works
In December 2020, the FCC received $250 million through the signing of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 which will expand the program to award more providers with the resources necessary to offer telehealth services. The FCC has sought comments on the next steps and the COVID-19 Telehealth Program was one of the 3 topics discussed at the FCC’s February 17th Open Meeting.
