Marketing Associate

HRS is looking to add a new member to our marketing and business development team. While the position consists primarily of activities related the development of a strategic marketing plan, a successful candidate must also be comfortable working alongside and assisting operational and sales teams as needed.


Experience Level


0 - 5 years working within a marketing role in the healthcare technology field

Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 year university

Job Functions

  • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of metrics-driven marketing initiatives
  • Skilled in written communication – comfortable drafting press releases as well as the creation of other marketing collateral
  • Ability to review, process, and gather information to achieve the marketing objectives of the organization
  • Skills in graphic design, content management systems, Photoshop, email marketing, social media marketing, Google AdWords, SEO, process design, domain expertise


Desired Skills

  • Outcomes based and self-starter
  • Proficiency in business software applications, such as Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of the post-acute care market preferred
  • Project management experience
  • Positive and Outgoing
  • Communicates well over the phone
