Inside Sales Associate

HRS is now featuring openings in our first sales associate class. This is the perfect position to gain training and experience in a field with ever-increasing earning opportunities. Once selected, you would begin as a Sales Associate for approximately 6 months, transition to Field Staff and eventually graduate to Enterprise Sales. The overall program would last 2 years. HRS will provide you with comprehensive ongoing training to grow and develop into the role. The position offers the possibility to increase in revenue. This program starts in June 2017.

 

Office: Hoboken, NJ, New York City, Remote

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified prospective clients
  • Increase company profits
  • Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling and email marketing
  • Cultivate new opportunities by creating and following up on new customer leads
  • Meet or exceed performance goals on a consistent basis
  • Thoroughly and accurately record all sales information for the company

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Intelligent, ambitious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A successful candidate has excellent communication and presentation skills, while is also persistent in their efforts.
  • Must be able to assist in other areas of the business
