HRS is looking to add a new Implementation Specialist to our Client Success team. This position will work collaboratively with the rest of the Client Success team to successfully onboard new clients.
This is a full-time position based in Hoboken, NJ.
Who you are
Our ideal candidate is someone who has 1-2 years of work experience in an account management or sales-type position. You will be the primary point of contact during the onboarding processes of new clients. Preferably, you have experience working with SaaS, implementation processes, account management, and/or sales. A Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university is required.
