Director of HR

Health Recovery Solutions (HRS) is looking for a Director of HR to join our team. As a member of the HRS team, the ideal candidate will work with the People Operations Associate to ensure that as our organization scales, everything is running smoothly. From hiring successful candidates to supporting our current team members, the Director of HR will be an integral part of our team.

 

We are looking to a successful candidate who will design, build and standardize all processes from onboarding, recruitment, performance measure, and talent growth. As a rapidly growing startup, the Director of HR will have a keen attention to detail and the responsibility to drive measurement metrics to ensure successful growth of all employees. You will be responsible for designing and institutionalizing employee lifecycle processes and success metrics. In addition, creating consistent reporting across all departments to communicate with management successful metric tools – work with key stakeholders in each department to develop these metrics. To assist you in executing your responsibilities, you will work with a People Operations Associate to develop, track, execute and scale pertinent processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop recruiting funnel and processes, screen for successful candidates
  • Take leading role in creating people strategy including performance metric management, talent acquisition, benefit, onboarding and offboarding, culture initiatives and process improvements to ensure optimal employee experience
  • Implement, track and executive a successful review and feedback process across all company departments
  • Build trust amongst all employees and executive management team to execute company mission and ensure employee happiness
  • Prove ability to partner across the organization and provide coaching, thought leadership and strategy execution to senior leadership team
  • Maintain and optimize current benefits package, recognition and rewards program
  • Drive scalable process improvement within organization, work with department heads to optimize department specific initiatives and programs
  • Develop career tracks and opportunities for advancement within organization
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, as well as employee leaves and vacation

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of human resource experience at a fast paced, high growth organization
  • Ability to translate functional roles into data driven metrics, identify trends and issues/concerns before they become fires
  • Founders mentality – show strong initiative in fixing gaps in processes by driving appropriate changes in processes
  • Strong HR experience and knowledge of core functions
  • Demonstrated ability and measurable success in scaling organizations
  • Results driven with people management skills
  • Strong business acumen
