Client Success Manager

HRS is looking to add a new Client Success Manager (Account Manager) to our Client Success team. This position will work collaboratively with clients to establish successful telehealth and remote patient monitoring programs around the country.  This is a full-time position based in Hoboken, NJ.

Who you are

Our ideal candidate is someone who has a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university and 1-4 years of relative work experience, preferably in an account management or sales-type role. You have a sales-driven attitude, outstanding professional communication skills, and experience working in either the clinical or business ends of healthcare.   

What you’ll be doing

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage accounts independently throughout full client life cycle
  • Manage implementation planning and strategy of new clients
  • Provide in-person and virtual training for all HRS products to clients and partners
  • Learn about the post-acute space and develop expertise on industry trends and topics
  • Develop best practices for telehealth, remote patient monitoring and HRS system utilization
  • Engagement expert – focus on growth of accounts
  • Create effective ROI analysis for your clients
  • Create strategic program structures that position telehealth programs for success
  • Advocate for client needs within HRS and ensure highest level of customer service is maintained
  • Work collaboratively with Client Success & other internal teams to build knowledge and improve processes
