Every week has been different for me at HRS. I will spend most of my day working on a variety of projects that support the sales, revenue, marketing, and client success teams. Many of my projects include analyzing opportunities for HRS business growth, from attending conferences to shared webinars to building relationships with current clients and industry leaders. There is always a new challenge to compile information and deliver clear data so our executive team can determine the best decision. To make sure I am delivering quality information, I am continuously researching our competitors as well as the top medical centers and home heath agencies in the market.
What is your favorite thing about working at HRS?
Easy - the people! The drive to help providers and patients though our technology is evident in every department at HRS. Each employee's effort is contributing towards the company goal and it is so clearly recognized and appreciated by the team. I love being a part of a team, especially when they love to have fun and love to win.
It's not a single moment, but I would say every time someone rings the bell in the HRS office. Each person is so much more aware of how loud it rings when they are the one doing it. Their reactions are the best part.
I have fallen in love with the Citi Bike in NYC. Every weekend I am either finding a new part of the city to explore or I am riding to the places I know sell the best chocolate chip cookies.
I can't remember the last day I did not have peanut butter.
